New Vega is an independent group that designs, produces, and amplifies high-impact creative campaigns in the entertainment world, with recognized expertise in the gaming, film, publishing, and tech industries.
We bring together specialists in events, influence, content production, media, and social activation to create comprehensive, tailor-made, and memorable experiences — both locally and internationally.
To support our growth and the structuring of our 360° projects, we are recruiting a Senior 360° Production Project Manager.
As a true operational conductor, you will be responsible for the full management and coordination of ambitious event projects, often combining content, influence, and digital activations across Europe.
You will be involved at every stage — from concept to production — working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure flawless execution.
1. Project Management
Oversee the production and implementation of 360° projects: events, roadshows, booths, influencer activations, and live streaming.
Define and monitor budgets, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage all logistical, technical, scenographic, and audiovisual aspects, including on-site coordination.
Identify, select, and supervise service providers (creatives, set builders, printers, technicians, etc.) across Europe.
2. Team Management & Coordination
Lead project teams toward a shared goal of quality and efficiency.
Coordinate across the group’s divisions (event, creative, social, content) to ensure smooth communication and rigorous follow-up.
Bring structured, agile, and proactive thinking to every production.
3. Client Relations & Execution Quality
Act as the main point of contact for clients on production and execution matters.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and feasibility of proposed concepts.
Track budgets and schedules, manage trade-offs, and be present at key moments (meetings, setup, operations, recordings).
What we’re looking for:
7–10 years of experience in event, audiovisual, or brand content production — including international projects.
Strong command of the technical aspects of event production (logistics, operations, safety, suppliers, etc.).
Solid understanding of video formats, social media, influence, and streaming.
Passion for organization, creativity, and delivering outstanding experiences.
Natural leadership, team spirit, and ease coordinating creative, operational, and technical profiles.
Fluent or native-level English is essential.
Driving license (B) is a plus — occasional on-site presence required.
A key, cross-functional, and strategic position within one of the most dynamic creative groups in the entertainment sector.
Exciting, high-visibility, international projects combining content, influence, and live experiences.
A stimulating, demanding, and caring work environment.
A fast-growing group where your expertise will be recognized and valued.
👉 This position is open to international candidates willing to relocate and work on-site in Paris.
