Description de l'offre

FISE (Festival International des Sports Extrêmes) is the world’s leading urban sports league — a global celebration of BMX, Skateboarding, Scooter, Parkour, Breaking, and more.

Founded and produced by the HURRICANE Group, FISE brings together thousands of athletes and millions of fans through a fast-growing global event series and digital ecosystem.

The Hurricane Group is also a global leader in urban sports infrastructure, delivering parks and facilities at the world’s biggest competitions — including Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024.

With an ambitious growth roadmap ahead, we’re looking for a Sales Sponsorship Manager to expand our global partner network and bring more brands into the FISE universe.

As Sales Sponsorship Manager, you will be 100% focused on new business. Your role is to identify, engage, and close new sponsorship deals — not manage existing clients.

You’ll be a driving force behind our commercial growth, introducing bold and relevant brands to one of the most creative, youth-driven sports properties on the planet.

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Identify and research new categories, industries, and brand prospects aligned with urban sports, Gen Z and Millennials culture

  • Build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline via CRM, LinkedIn, email, calls, and events

  • Maintain daily discipline in CRM (Sellsy or similar), logging all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline stages

Sponsorship Sales & Closing

  • Lead end-to-end sponsorship sales: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, pitch delivery, and contract negotiation

  • Sell across FISE’s full commercial offering: live events, branded content, athlete access, digital media, and on-site activations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, design) to craft tailored, high-impact proposals

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Provide weekly updates on activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

  • Share insights from the market to continuously refine our commercial strategy and assets

Experience

  • 3+ years in commercial partnerships, sponsorship sales, or media sales — ideally in sport, youth culture, entertainment, or live events

  • Proven track record in closing new business through strategic outbound sales

  • Experience building and selling multi-asset sponsorship packages (event rights + content + digital + activation)

Skills

  • Fluent in English; excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and a sharp storyteller

  • CRM-disciplined, highly organized, and relentlessly follow-up focused

  • Commercially curious with strong awareness of youth marketing, brand values, and cultural trends

  • A proactive hunter: self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven

Bonus Points

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Chinese

  • Knowledge of the global sponsorship landscape and brand decision-making processes

  • Existing network of marketing contacts in sectors such as lifestyle, tech, fashion, gaming, or beverages

Why Join Us?

  • Join the heart of the urban sports movement shaping the future of youth culture

  • Sell a platform that speaks directly to Gen Z and Millennial audiences

  • Work with an international team of creatives, producers, and sports innovators

  • 100% focused on closing new deals — no account management required

  • Be part of a bold, ambitious company growing fast across the globe
